Statement

My work is crafted through a microscopic perspective that centers on the minutiae of existence, such as ripples and the butterfly effect—emphasizing the profound impact of small causes. The relentless pursuit of perfection, which initially drove my journey into ceramics, compelled me to comprehend the intricacies of ceramics' processes and raw materials. Through the medium of 'ceramics,' I may be articulating my own imperfections, transforming them into an art form. As I pioneer the realm of 'Glaze Sculpture,' I engage in numerous experiments, constructing my world through the act of creation. My choice of non-plasticity glaze as the primary medium against traditional ceramic techniques stems from my resistance to perceived impossibilities and a fervent passion for exploring new possibilities. My objective is to persist in experimentation, supporting the non-plasticity glaze by exploring alternative materials beyond soil. This pursuit aims to uncover novel causal relationships, extract possibilities, and venture toward the infinite imperfections on the path to perfection.
